Jeremy Baines
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Baines is the Chief Executive Officer and the Chair of the Company and the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Tidewater Midstream. Mr. Baines has spent over 27 years at midstream and infrastructure businesses, and brings a strong background in operations, finance, and corporate development. Mr. Baines brings a deep understanding of the business and industry and a track record of success in optimizing and growing companies. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Baines was President and Chief Executive Officer of Campus Energy Partners, a new energy infrastructure and supply company. Mr. Baines has also held several senior positions at AltaGas, including Senior Vice President, Strategic Projects, Vice President of Field Gathering and Processing, Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Finance, and was Chief Financial Officer at Torq Energy Logistics.

Mr. Baines hold his Bachelor of Science from the University of Lethbridge, and his MBA from the University of Alberta. He holds a Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators (CBV) designation and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.

Ian Quartly
Chief Financial Officer

Ian Quartly brings over 19 years of finance and accounting experience to the Tidewater Renewables team. Prior to joining Tidewater, Mr. Quartly worked the last 10 years at publicly listed midstream and infrastructure entities headquartered in Calgary. Mr. Quartly also spent several years in the energy and natural resources group at KPMG in Sydney, Australia. Mr. Quartly holds a Chartered Accountant (CA) designation from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia.

Andrea Decore
EVP, Commercial Downstream and Development

Ms. Decore has over 25 years of energy industry experience in a broad range of roles, including refined products marketing & trading, mergers & acquisitions, midstream infrastructure development, and supply chain management. Most recently, as Vice President Low Carbon Fuels & GHG Offsets, she was responsible for building and operating Suncor Energy’s renewable fuels and low carbon hydrogen business. Until April 2023 she served on the boards of both Enerkem Inc., a clean technology company based in Montreal, and LanzaJet, a sustainable aviation fuels technology company based in Chicago. Previously, she was Suncor’s Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development.

Ms. Decore has a law degree from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia.
